All refund requests are subject to our 72 hour refund policy.

If a refund is requested with 72 hours of purchase, a full refund will be given, no exceptions.

After 72 hours, no refunds, full or partial, will be made, only exchanges of equal or lesser value or credits towards other services of greater value.

Purchases are transferrable within 30 days of purchase, however, a consultation is required before the new recipient can receive service.
