All services and agreements may be  cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 72 hours, services may be cancelled at any time by the client for any reason, however, the refund policy applies after 72 hours, no exceptions. 

Purchased sessions may be scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled at the discretion of the client. 

The client retains the responsibility of making sure purchased sessions are scheduled and attended. 

In the event, that your doula is not able to attend a scheduled session you will receive prior notification at least 48 hours prior to the appointment and will be given the opportunity to reschedule at your convenience.

If no notice is given by the doula prior to the missed appointment, a partial refund in the amount of $50 per missed session will be processed within 48 hours.
